Gas Prices Drop 3.4 Cents During Week

 

Average gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 3.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.84/g on Monday, Nov. 14, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 20.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 43.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has risen 2.3 cents in the last week and stands at $5.34 per gallon.

According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Montana was priced at $3.57/g on Sunday, Nov. 13, while the most expensive was $4.29/g, a difference of 72.0 cents per gallon.

The national average price of gasoline has fallen 2.6 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.76/g today. The national average is down 14.3 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands 36.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 11 million weekly price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country.
