Frontier Students Take Part In Food Drive

Frontier School student displayed the spirit of giving by conducting a food drive earlier this month.
Student council advisor Tina Strauser explained that a competition was held in both the kindergarten through fourth-grade level and the middle school level. Students could donate either food items or personal items.
Winning classes were the fourth grade and the eighth grade. They will receive pizza parties in recognition of taking first.
“There were a lot of food and personal items,” Strauser said while looking at the full boxes of materials.
The items will be donated to an organization in Wolf Point to provide for needy individuals.
Strauser said she feels the food drive will become an annual event at the school.
