TEB Approves Officer Hires

The Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board held its regular full board meeting Oct. 13. The board approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the Fort Peck Tribes Head Start Program and Fort Peck Tribal Health, as well as an MOU between Montana Office of Public Instructions and the Fort Peck Tribal Commodity Food Distribution Program.

The hire of Delonna Youngman for the HPDP program manager position was approved, with Eric Brughier as alternate Multiple requests for hire from the Department off Law Enforcement were approved. Including Austin Burshia as a tribal police officer, Harry Three Stars as game warden and Ryan Alexander, Latisha Youngman, Nichole Boyd, Brandy Azure, Caleb Cox and Duran Taylor as corrections officers pending favorable background checks.

The next meeting is set for Oct. 27, in Poplar.
