4-H Cloverbuds Learn, Celebrate In Roosevelt County

The Roosevelt County 4-H Cloverbud Day was held at the Roosevelt County Complex on July 21. Cloverbuds are for 4-H members ages 5-8 years old, and this is a day just for them to learn and celebrate.

They can bring along family and friends too. The theme for the day was “America’s 250th,” and our buds made red, white and blue stars and decorated them for the nursing home residents. They also made wall hangings, pin wheels, enjoyed treats and played games.

The Cloverbuds then brought their crafts and shared an “America Truffle” with the residents at the Roosevelt Memorial Nursing Home, helping to learn service in 4-H.
