Clerk Merrill reported that YTD interest is $5,668.59. The bathhouse budget is currently sitting at a shortage of $35,641.08. Merrill said, “We have yet to receive May’s county tax assessment. The assessed amount to be collected is $22,352.38. This would leave the budget with a deficit of $11,009.22, if everyone pays their second half of taxes.” Concerns were raised about tent campers who have been present for an extended period. The sign says five days, but the website states 10 days. Clarification is needed.
