Toews holds the certified general appraiser designation and maintains active licensure in multiple states, including Montana, South Dakota and Iowa. She is also a licensed insurance agent and serves as a Farmers Insurance agent based in Sidney. Her diverse professional background highlights her broad expertise and ability to serve clients across multiple sectors.
The Montana Board of Real Estate Appraisers plays a critical role in regulating the appraisal profession, including licensing, education, and enforcement of professional standards. In his appointment letter, Gianforte emphasized the importance of these boards in e ctive governance and expressed confidence that Toews’ service will positively impact the state.
“I am honored to serve on the Montana Board of Real Estate Appraisers,” Toews said. “I look forward to contributing my experience to support strong professional standards and ensure the integrity of appraisal work across Montana, particularly in rural and agricultural communities.”
Toews and her husband are proud to call Wolf Point home, where they are raising their children. “We love the Wolf Point community and are grateful to be part of it,” she added.
