Wolf Chic Seeing Positive Response From Community
The Wolf Chic shop, located at 326 Main St., has become a popular stop in Wolf Point since opening at the start of the new year.
The business is owned by Julianne Ahneman-Wolff and she is assisted by her mother, Sherri Morales, at the store.
Morales explains that they would sell items at local flea markets and were encouraged by the amount of buyers.
“It turned into people calling us about wanting the items,” she said.
During the Christmas bazaar in Wolf Point, they found out that the building on Main Street was available for lease. Once they opened for business, they were surprised by the amount of interest.
Items available at the store include some apparel, selfcare items, flagrances, tools, hats, purses, ribbon skirts and makeup.
Also popular are Victoria Secret and Pink sprays.
Morales noted that Wolf Chic also offers art supplies as well as gifts for boys, girls, men and women.
“We have something hopefully for everyone,” Morales said. Because Morales has a food handling license, lunch is sometimes offered during weekends and early in the month. Food items have include chili, fry bread, Indian tacos and burritos.
They said they have received positive feedback from customers from Frazer to Fort Kipp. “We thank the community for helping us,” Morales said.
Business hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
