Gianforte Proclaims March as Montana Agriculture Month
HELENA, Mont. – Gov. Greg Gianforte has proclaimed March 2026 as Montana Agriculture Month to honor and celebrate the state’s agriculture industry, farmers and ranchers, and their contributions to the nation.
In his proclamation, the governor also declared the week of March 22-28, 2026, Montana Agriculture Week, and March 23, 2026, Montana Agriculture Day.
“Montana’s farmers and ranchers don’t just feed our state, they help power our economy and sustain the Montana way of life,” Gianforte said. “Agriculture Month is an opportunity to recognize the hardworking producers who make our state proud and keep Montana agriculture strong for future generations.
