District 2C Players Honored
The District 2C All-Conference basketball selections have been made by league coaches.
The All-Conference first team for girls includes Bainville’s senior Hailey Berwick, Richey/Lambert’s junior Jolee Klempel, Brockton’s senior Tamryn Bauer, Richey/ Lambert’s senior Brynne Hill, Brockton’s junior Quintana Young, MonDak’s senior Abby Lowes and Savage’s senior Aspen Peterson.
The first team for the boys features Brockton’s sophomore Jarid Fast Horse, Culbertson’s junior Brooks Solem, MonDak’s sophomore Dilan Wade, Brockton’s senior Miles Boxer Jr., Bainville’s sophomore Parker Berwick, Brockton’s junior Colter Nygaard and Savage’s freshman Boden Jorgensen.
The second team for girls includes Brockton’s senior Marlene Fish, Froid/Lake’s eighth-grader Atley Jensen, Richey/Lambert’s sophomore Tayen Carda, Bainville’s senior Lila Butikofer, Bainville’s senior Addison Hansen, Richey/Lambert’s freshman Brylie Huft and Culbertson’s junior Emma Berwick.
Selected to the second team for boys were Bainville’s Rowan Wilson, Brockton’s freshman Tefton Bear, Brockton’s senior Josh Firemoon, Culbertson’s junior Plenny Williams, Richey/Lambert’s senior Curtis Mullin, Culbertson’s senior Ian Snyder and MonDak’s freshman Max Lundby.
Girls voted to the all-defensive team were Richey/Lambert’s Hill, Richey/Lambert’s Carda, Bainville’s Berwick, Brockton’s Young, MonDak’s sophomore Molly Wright, Savage’s junior Mylee Reuter and Richey/Lambert’s Huft.
Boys selected to the all-defensive team were Brockton’s Boxer, Brockton’s Firemoon, Culbertson’s Solem, Savage’s sophomore Jaxcen Sanders, Bainville’s senior Kaiden Holmes, Brockton’s Bear and Richey/Lambert’s junior Trace Fulton.
