Resilience Program For Teens To Meet

A resilience program for teens sponsored by Roosevelt Medical Center is holding a meeting on Monday, Nov. 17, at the town hall building in Culbertson from 6-7 p.m. Organizers describe the program as, “A confidential, safe space to speak freely about whatever is on your mind.” Possible topics for discussion include stress and/or anxiety over exams, homework, keeping up, extra curricular activities, over scheduling, expectations, fitting in, and peer pressure. Two adults certified in mental health first aid will be available to help facilitate peer discussions. All area youth are welcome. Games, pizza and prizes will all be available.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Amy Harling at 406787-6432 or email aharling@roosmem.org.
