Arraignments Take Place In District Court
Three arraignments were heard in front of District Judge Benjamin Fosland during hearings in District Court on Tuesday, April 29.
Brian Ray Gustafson made not guilty pleas to the felony charge of possession of dangerous drugs and misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
If convicted of the felony charge, Gustafson faces maximum penalties of five years in prison, a $5,000 fine or both. Maximum penalties for the drug paraphernalia charge are six months in jail, a $500 fine or both.
An omnibus hearing was scheduled for June 11.
