Deserly, Lester Charged By Federal Court
Abrianne Lillian Deserly and Calvin Florin Lester Jr. are each facing second degree murder charges in federal court.
The charges read that on or about Feb. 26, in Wolf Point, the defendants unlawfully and with malice aforethought, that is recklessly with extreme disregard for human life, killed John Doe and aided and abetted the same. They were taken into custody by federal authorities last week.
The two were arrested by Fort Peck Tribal Law Enforcement after a deceased individual was found in an abandoned Wolf Point house on Feb. 26. The male was identified as Gifford Standing. An autopsy was conducted on Feb. 28.
