Culbertson Woman With Oxycodone Pills Arrested

The Williston Herald reports that Lacey Jade Lone Bear of Culbertson has been arrested after North Dakota law enforcement found 101 suspected oxycodone pills in her possession during a traffic stop on Thursday, Oct. 15.

Lone Bear, 39, was pulled over on U.S. Highway 2 by the Williams County Sheriff’s Office. A search turned up a silver tube and a blue pen tube containing residue suspected to be from a controlled substance.

After her arrest, she informed offices that she had contraband concealed in her body of about 100 oxycodone pills.

According to law enforcement, she said she planned to deliver the pills to a friend in Montana and had purchased the pills shortly prior to the traffic stop.
