TEB Approves Per Cap, Nursing Director
The Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board held its regular full board meeting Sept. 29. The board voted to amend the contract with the Frazer Sewer Main Improvements at $459,576.03 and Brockton Sewer Main Improvements at $495,286.25 .
The board also voted to finalize the Wolf Point 7th Avenue N-Concrete Contract with Strata Corporation in the amount of $736,247.51 A per capita payment of $175 was approved, following an amendment to the resolution reducing the total from $200.
The tribal operation offi cer was approved to disburse payment to Sonosky and Chambers for legal services rendered for the month of July in the amount of $43,965.42 An application to the Bureau of Justice Assistance for up to $1,000,000 under FY 2026 Second Chance Act Community Based Reentry Program was approved.
The Tribal Dialysis Program FY 2027 budget was approved in the amount $2,307.742.
Rita McClammy was approved for hire as the director of nursing.
The board voted to authorize the approval of $95,733 for the ICWA program 2026-2027 budget.
They also voted to authorize the Fort Peck Tribes 477 Program to assume administrative and financial responsibility for the HPDP Daycare, effective Oct. 1.
Head Start was approved to use the HPDP/ THIP vans.
The Fort Peck Tribes Fiscal Year 2027 tribal budget was approved in the amount of $28,942,971, ARPA $330,789.00 and LATCF $286,914.00.
The next full meeting is set for Oct. 13 in Poplar.
