Correction

In last week’s article regarding Poplar’s Grace Wood being in the Taste of Home’s favorite chef contest, the last paragraph should read, “But she does use her cooking ability in the classroom. She honors birthday students with birthday cakes throughout the school year. “That’s become a thing,” she said.

This newspaper regrets the error.
