Froid Senior Profile Grainger Enjoys Building Relationships With Friends

Froid High School senior Briar Grainger appreciates the friendships she has made at the school and throughout the area during her high school days.

She has attended school in Froid during her elementary years and for two and a half years of high school.

“I like that I know each of the people I go to school with and have friendships with almost all of them,” Grainger said.

One of her best memories came when attending the Eastern C divisional volleyball tournament in Sidney during 2024. “I watched almost all of the games and got close with so many people from other schools,” she explained.

Her activities in high school have included volleyball, choir, track and FFA.

Her favorite activity has been FFA because there are a lot of events to participate in and she enjoys showing pigs at the county fair.

She lists art as her favorite class.

Tyler Harris is her favorite teacher. “Because I enjoy guitar and choir and listening to his stories from when he was an RA,” she said.

After high school, she plans to attend Montana State University and pursue a career in the medical field. “Or become a professional skier or snowboarder,” she said.
