Staying active is one of the best ways to maintain independence, boost energy and enjoy everyday life. That’s why we’re excited to offer fun and engaging online video exercise sessions from AARP.

These guided exercise programs are designed specifically with older adults in mind. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, increase flexibility, build strength or simply get moving in a safe and supportive environment, these sessions offer something for everyone.

Why join our AARP online exercise sessions?
