Wolf Point Students Place At State
Four Wolf Point High School students placed during the Class B speech and drama meet held in Townsend.
Cole Boysun, a senior, earned second place in humorous solo. Thomas Moudree and Owen Moran placed third in humorous theater.
Reilly Rees came away with sixth-place honors in mime.
Seven other team members qualified for finals at the state meet.
Nora Hansen placed ninth in mime. Will Schwarzrock and Amya Low Dog took ninth place in dramatic theater. Emmanuel Julio placed ninth and Sheena Standing Rock took 10th in spontaneous oral interpretation.
Maya Deserly was 14th in mime. Nomi Deserly took 18th in humorous solo.
Advisor Jacob Boysun was nominated for Class B Coach of the Year.
In Class C, Frazer’s Old Person placed eighth in program interpretation.
