Charles Clark

Charles Connor “Chaz” Clark, 32, died Oct. 10, 2025, in Billings.

He was born April 16, 1993, in Poplar. He graduated from Wolf Point High School in 2011. He then went to Fort Peck Community College for heavy equipment operator.

He loved motorcycles, pedal bikes (doing jumps and wheelies in the backyard) and the trucks he owned. He and his brother Trenton would walk to the river and fish and fool around. One time, they brought a bull snake home and was jumping on the trampoline with it.

On Dec. 27, 2016, daughter, Charlie Lee Clark, was born. On Oct. 10, 2017, his son, Jared Duane Clark, was born and whom he named after his best friend.

He worked on the oil rigs in Williston, N.D., and did fencing for the Fort Peck Tribes. He also held many jobs in Billings. He was a hard worker. He worked on vehicles and wasn’t afraid to do the dishes or sweep and mop floors. He would give you the shirt off his back unless his dog needed it more. He loved everyone in their own special way. He was quite the jokester, making everyone laugh. He and his sister had a tattoo competition, which he won.

He is survived by his daughter, Charlie; mother, Ronette; and siblings, Krysta, Trenton, Aaron and Cruz.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jared; and brother, Brandon.

His funeral service was held Friday, Oct. 17, at the Wolf Point Community Hall. Interment followed at the Riverside Catholic Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point was entrusted with the arrangements.
