Law Enforcement Captures Martell

Dante Royal Martell was captured by the Fort Peck Tribes Law and Justice, Wolf Point City Police and Bureau of Indian Affairs Division of Drug Enforcement on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

On the early morning hours of Monday, Aug. 25, law enforcement received a report of an individual on a four-wheeler that drove by others in front of a residence on the south side housing area of Wolf Point. The driver of the four-wheeler shot at the others, injuring one individual. The victim was taken to the Wolf Point hospital and was subsequently flown to another care facility in the state.

The individual on the four-wheeler left the scene immediately after the shooting.
