Optimist Club Announces A Mile Of Love

The Optimist Club of Wolf Point has a goal of making a mile of pennies up Sixth Avenue. This is a project for the community by the community.

The attempt will be made Saturday, June 3, starting at 2 p.m. The activity will start at the highway and continue north towards the swimming pool up Sixth Avenue North.

“We can’t conquer this goal without you,” Optimist Club president AJ Allen said.

Community members are asked to save pennies and bring them to the event. Tell all your family, friends and neighbors to save their pennies.

Proceeds will benefit the local Childhood Health and Wellness Fund.
