Fourteen-year-old male, 200 block of Sixth Avenue South, minor in possession, municipal court.

Michael Magnan, 59, male, 100 block of Third Avenue South, theft and forgery, tribal court.

January 27

Same 14-year-old male from Jan. 26 minor in possession charge, 300 block of Knapp Street, aggravated disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Jan. 12: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to a mutual aid call in Poplar at 10:54 p.m. for a structure fire with two trucks and three personnel.

Jan. 20: The WPVFD responded to a car on fire on the 100 block of U.S. Highway 2. Two trucks and three firefighters responded at 12:40 p.m..

Jan. 21: Two trucks and three crew members responded to a CO2 alarm on the 600 block of Second Avenue South at 5:55 a.m. The department responded again at 11:01 a.m. with three units and five firefighters for a structure fire.
