Gas Prices Continue To Increase In Montana

Average gasoline prices in Montana have risen 12.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.13/g on Jan. 23, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 18.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 26.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has risen 2.6 cents in the last week and stands at $4.60 per gallon.

The cheapest station in Montana was priced at $2.92/g on Sunday, Jan. 22, while the most expensive was $3.59/g, a difference of 67.0 cents per gallon.

The national average price of gasoline has risen 11.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.39/g today.
