Dollars For Scholars To Host Holiday Bazaar

The charitable Bainville Dollars for Scholars group is hosting their annual holiday bazaar event at Bainville Public School Dec. 10 from 12:30 to 7 p.m.

Soup and pie will be available.

So far, vendors at the show include Confections by Leona; lefse and baked goods; Alyson’s Pantry; Monat hair, skincare and wellness products; steel buildings; Mary Kay; Placer Peaks rubs and sauces; jewelry, handmade items; and craft kits.

According to organizers president Lindsay Winn and Billie Pippenger, the event will also include Christmas books, Scottie bombs, Breaking Barnwood, Business Professionals of America ornament photos, fudge, Wildcalf Coffee, Tupperware and more.

Pippenger said the Bainville School intro to business class will also be selling homemade items at the bazaar.

Bainville Dollars for Scholars has been giving out scholarships for 24 years.

“Each year, we typically give out 10 to 15 scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,500 per student,” Pippenger said.
