Marchwick Appears In District Court

Cases heard by District Judge David J. Cybulski on Oct. 12 included: * Amanda Sharyce Walton denied violations during her petition to revoke initial appearance. A hearing was scheduled for Jan. 11, 2023.

* Monte Ray Walton denied violations during his petition to revoke initial appearance. He denied charges that included sexual abuse with children, witness tampering and possession of guns. A hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16.

* Shaun Travis Marchwick made not guilty pleas to the charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. An omnibus hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16. A trial was scheduled for Jan. 12, 2023. His bond was reduced to $25,000.

* Lorenzo Dean Valencia made a not guilty plea to theft. His omnibus hearing was scheduled for Nov. 29. His trial was scheduled for Jan. 12, 2023.

* Joshua Kyle Burks denied violations during his petition to revoke initial appearance. He denied the violations of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and illegal drug use. A hearing was scheduled for Nov. 29.
