Skatepark Committee To Meet in Glasgow

Residents of Glasgow are looking to upgrade their offerings for area skaters. Parks constructed in recent years in nearby Malta and Wolf Point offer modern, high quality landscapes for skaters. The Glasgow park, originally designed as a mixed street skating course, is badly in need of updating or replacement.

Said a recent social media post from organizers, “We are so lucky to have a local skatepark, but it could use some updates and renovation. A few of the original kids who raised funds back in 2004 - Tess Fahlgren, Nick Holom and Clark Moorman want to finish what we started.”

Anyone interested is invited to attend a meeting at Toodie’s Cafe, 309 2nd Ave S, in Glasgow. The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
