Bible teachers were Brian and Susanna Dick of Omaha, Neb. They are Avant missionary candidates appointed to Spain. Steve Trimble was the camp nurse.

One afternoon, the campers gave a program at the Prairie Ridge Nursing Home in Glasgow.

Weddings abounded in June in years past. We are going to take note of the anniversaries of those who were married in Lustre and are celebrating a good number of years. Louis and Helen Hoffman have been married 75 years. They were married at the Lustre EMB Church on June 25, 1947. Louis and Helen met at Grace Bible Institute in Omaha, Neb. Helen is a sister of Alice Unger of Billings and the late Albert Wall. Louis was a lay pastor with INFAITH, working at Heyster, a forklift company in his day job. They now reside in a care home in Gresham, Ore., near Portland, where their family celebrated this wonderful anniversary with them. Congratulations from all of us in Helen’s home town.

Watch for deer if you are driving here for the LCHS all school reunion starting Friday night. The activity schedule is on the LustreChristian.org under the registration tab.
