Number Of COVID Cases Increasing In County

Roosevelt County currently has 18 active COVID cases. There have been 3,325 total cases in the county.

An adult COVID vaccination clinic is scheduled from 3-5 p.m. on June 23 in Culbertson.

County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 5 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only.

Area Statistics

Daniels County had one active cases as of Friday, June 17. The county has 393 cumulative cases. Valley County reported 19 active cases as of Friday, June 17. The county has 1,752 cumulative cases. In McCone County, there was one active case as of Friday, June 17. There have been 388 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had two active cases as of Friday, June 17. There have been 1,067 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there were 17 active cases as of Friday, June 17. There have been 2,694 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had 11 active cases as of Friday, June 17. There have been 732 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 283,054 since the start of the pandemic.

Around the state, there are 2,340 active cases and 2,078 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, June 17, a total of 3,440 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 12,232 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had 41 active cases as of Thursday, June 16.

McKenzie County, N.D., had 11 active cases as of Thursday, June 16.

Divide County, N.D., had zero active cases as of Thursday, June 16.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, June 17, 1,492,127 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 566,822 or 56 percent fully immunized Montanans.
