COVID Cases Continue To Drop In Area
Roosevelt County had zero active COVID cases as of Monday, May 2. There have been 74 COVID-related deaths in the county.
Adult vaccination clinics are scheduled from 3-5 p.m. on May 5 in Wolf Point, on May 19 in Wolf Point and on May 26 in Culbertson.
Children’s vaccination clinics are scheduled on May 16 from 1-4 p.m. in Wolf Point. The clinic is for ages 5-11.
County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only. For questions or to schedule an appointment, call 406-653-6223.

Daniels County had zero active cases as of Monday, May 2. The county has 377 recovered cases and 386 cumulative cases. Nine deaths have occurred due to COVID-19 and/or complications.
Valley County reports zero active cases as of Monday, May 2. The county has 1,666 recovered cases and 1,703 cumulative cases. There have been 37 COVID-related deaths.
In McCone County, there are no active cases as of Monday, May 2. There have been nine COVID-related deaths in the county. There have been 374 recovered cases and 383 cumulative cases.
Phillips County had zero active cases as of Monday, May 2. There have been 1,033 recovered cases and 28 COVID-related deaths.
For Richland County, there were zero active cases and 2,609 recovered cases as of Monday, May 2. Total COVID-related deaths are 33. There have been 2,642 total cases.
Sheridan County had zero active cases as of Monday, May 2. There have been 688 recovered cases and 11 COVID-related deaths.
Statewide
According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 274,134 since the start of the pandemic. There have been 2,781,382 tests conducted.
Around the state, there are 605 active cases. There are 17 active hospitalizations. By Monday, May 2, a total of 3,373 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 270,156 people have recovered. A total of 11,904 have been hospitalized.
