Wolf Point Police Blotter

( Publisher’s Note: The following blotter includes the activities of the Wolf Point police department Oct. 4-10. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent.) Citations were issued to:

October 4

John Reddog, 66, male, 500 block of Front Street, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and open container, tribal court.

October 5

Clint Jackson, 46, male, Triangle Park, public intoxication, tribal court.

Twelve-year-old male, 400 block of Blaine Street, minor in possession and theft, tribal court.

Sixteen-year-old male, 400 block of Blaine Street, minor in possession and theft, tribal court.

October 6

Thirteen-year-old male, 400 block of Blaine Street, minor in possession and theft, tribal court.

October 7

Seventeen-year-old male, 1200 block of Fourth Avenue North, aggravated disorderly conduct and partner/family assault, tribal court.

Fourteen-year-old female, 500 block of Blaine Street, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, tribal court.

Sixteen-year-old female, 400 block of Blaine Street, simple assault, possession of a stun gun, possession of a taser, protection of government officials, employees and LEOs, tribal court.

October 8

William Talks Different, 24, male, 700 block of Fifth Avenue South, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing from or eluding an officer, tribal court.

Darnell Brown, 27, male, 5000 block of Road 1074, theft and motor vehicle theft, tribal court.

Jacob Azure, 27, male, 5000 block of Road 1074, theft and motor vehicle theft, tribal court.

October 10

Seventeen-year-old female, 6200 block of WS Drive, youth in need of supervision, disorderly conduct and minor in possession, tribal court.

Fourteen-year-old female, 300 block of Helena Street, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal contempt, tribal court.

Jeffrey Kemp, 39, male, 400 block of Hill Street, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property, municipal court.

Fire Blotter Oct. 4: Three trucks from the Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department, 17-8, 17-1, 17-6, plus command responded to a grass fire on Road 2061 on the north side of the Wolf Point landfill at 8:06 p.m.

Oct. 5: WPVFD responded with Truck 17-8 at 6:08 a.m. to Poplar to assist the Poplar Volunteer Fire Department with a fire at the city shop.

Oct. 8: Truck 17-9 responded to a suspicious car fire in the alley near Knorr Street at 7:08 a.m.

Oct. 10: A grass fire was reported on Swimming Pool Road at 12:23 a.m. Truck 17-8 responded, but was turned around by dispatch after law enforcement used an extinguisher to put the fire out.

Trucks 17-1 and 17-8 and command responded to a grass fire at 8:19 p.m. that burned .65 acres on Road 2061 on the north side of the Wolf Point landfill.
