Jackson then drove down the grass, onto the underpass and hit a railing on the opposite side of the street. He was then apprehended.

Three county deputies and a Wolf Point police officer responded. The Montana Highway Patrol investigated the crash.

The vehicles involved were towed and impounded for evidence.

Jackson is facing the charges of theft, criminal endangerment, protection, fleeing and eluding. Cochran and Birthmark are facing theft charges.
