Sixty New COVID-19 Cases Diagnosed Statewide In Past Week

Sixty new COVID-19 cases were reported in Montana over the past week. The count now stands at 614, with 60 active cases and eight active hospitalizations.

At presstime Tuesday, June 16, there were 614 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Montana. Of those cases, 535 are listed as recovered. There have been 79 total hospitalizations. One new death was reported this week, with that count now at 19.

As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, a total of 63,577 tests had been completed since the pandemic began, with 10,393 tests being completed over the past week.

Roosevelt County has reported no new cases. All seven reported cases in the county have recovered.

Over the past week in North Dakota, 223 new positive cases were reported. At presstime, there have been 3,124 positive cases reported in North Dakota, with 2,720 individuals listed as recovered. In North Dakota, 200 have required hospitalization with 26 currently hospitalized. Deaths reported in North Dakota have risen to 74, up two over the past week. Total tests completed is 88,651 with 85,527 returning negative.

In North Dakota, Williams County has reported 26 cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday morning, June 16, up one over the past week. Mountrail County has reported 43 cases, which is unchanged since last week. Ward County has 47 reported cases, which is up three.
