Governor Gives Positive Message At Wolf Point High School
Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte showcased Wolf Point teacher Jaki Harada as a product of increased funding for teachers’ pay in the state.
Harada receives benefits from the TEACH or Tomorrow’s Educators Are Coming Home Act that was passed by the Montana Legislature in 2021. That act provided $2.5 million in incentives to improve starting teachers’ pay.

Students Win Awards In Youth Art Contest
Wolf Point art students fared well in this year’s Mon-Dak Heritage Center’s youth art contest in Sidney. There were more than 400 entries representing 13 eastern Montana schools in the annual contest.
Bella Peters earned first place in color works and third place in drawing for the seventh and eighth grade division.

Frazer School history teacher Mary Zuchowski has been selected the Senior Division Montana National History Day Teacher of the Year nominee.
“Mary is always advocating for our students,” Frazer Superintendent of Schools Sarah Ruff said. “She works hard to bring academic opportunities to our students.”
