Poplar’s volleyball squad lost a conference match in Fairview on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Indians dropped the match by an 11-25, 19-25, 16-25, final. Braelyn Nordwick finished with 12 kills and two aces to lead the Indians. Rebecca Gorder and Toni Brown also served for two aces each. Gorder, a senior, accounted for 14 digs and 14 assists. Tied for third with 7-2 records are Bainville and Plentywood. Froid/Lake is currently in fifth place with a 7-3 mark. Culbertson is sixth at 5-3.
