Residents Celebrate Holiday Festivities
The Christmas Stroll, Christmas Bazaar and Festival of Trees all received support as Wolf Point celebrated the holiday season on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Many residents headed to Sherman Park on Saturday night to enjoy the lighted decorations organized by the Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture.
Highlights included free goodies such as s’mores, caramel apple nachos, cocoa and chili.
Committee Continues School Improvement Work
A meeting featuring school officials and parents tackled district improvement goals for the Wolf Point School District on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Wolf Point Superintendent of Schools Dr. David Perkins said that the objectives of the meetings are to address areas such as academics, safety, community relations and parental engagement.

Government Review Meeting Held In Poplar
A government review meeting was conducted at Poplar’s City Hall on Thursday, Dec. 5.
Serving on the community’s government review committee are presiding officer Keith Erickson, vice presiding officer Greg Norgaard and Darrell Werner.
Erickson explained that the goal for the committee was to recommend an alternate form of government or to recommend no changes take place.
