The Lustre Lions earned fourth place at the District 3C volleyball tournament held in Saco during the weekend. Lustre opened tournament action with a 25-19, 25-15, 2513, victory over Nashua. The Lions then fell to defending state champion Circle by an 8-25, 12-25, 13-25, final. Lustre stayed alive by beating Frazer 25-6, 25-8, 25-9. The Lions were eliminated by Scobey, 10-25, 12-25,

The Wolf Point Elks Lodge is holding its annual Hoop Shoot at the Wolf Point High School gym on Sunday, Nov. 9, starting at 2 p.m. Registration for the boys’ and girls’ age groups will begin at 1:30 that day.
