Tibbett Sentenced For Charge In District Court

Tamara Lynn Tibbett was sentenced during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, March 1. For the charge of obtaining anything by fraud or illegal gambling devices, Tibbett received a three year suspended sentence and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. She is also to make restitution of $600. The sentence was part of a plea agreement. Tibbett noted that she has plenty of family support
