Each holiday season, representatives for charitable organizations stand in commercial districts and ring bells as they seek donations for the needy. Songwriting partners Jay Livingston and Ray Evans wrote a song in 1950 based on those department store Santas and Salvation Army volunteers and titled it “Tinkle Bells.” Livingston’s wife, Lynne, humorously suggested a new title so that

Wolf Point Comes Alive With Holiday Activities


Numerous activities kicked off the holiday season last weekend. Activities began in the afternoon Friday, Dec. 3, with the Optimist Club of Wolf Point’s annual Angel Tree Radio-thon. Area talent performed during the event which was hosted by KVCK. Though numerous donations were received, additional funding is needed. The Montana Digital Academy along with other on-line offerings allow students to expand their knowledge.
