Heather Ann Jones, age 34, of Poplar, Montana, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2021 in Great Falls, Montana. Heather was born on June 7, 1987, to Betty Martin and Darrell Moses Jones. Our beloved Heather Ann went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and a happy reunion with all loved ones in heaven.
Heather went to school in Poplar, Montana and graduated from Poplar High School.

First Community Bank announced that after 22 years serving as bank president, Sam Waters retired on June 30. Kris Simensen, chief executive officer, assumed the role as president on July 1.
Waters will continue with the bank as chairman of the board and president of the holding company.
Waters joined FCB in 1991 as senior vice president/ag loan officer and was appointed to president in 1999.
