A Wolf Point man admitted to a murder charge on Thursday, Nov. 4, in the November 2020 shooting of a man on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, Acting U.S. Attorney Leif M. Johnson said. County Reports More Than 100 COVID Cases

Roosevelt County has now reached more than 100 COVID cases. As of Sunday, Nov. 7, Roosevelt County has 126 active cases including 31 new positive cases. There are currently 10 hospitalizations. Basketball, Family Brings Benson To Wolf Point

Wolf Point’s new head girls basketball coach said his family’s decision to relocate was prompted by a convergence of surprises. Frank Benson said that he hadn’t planned on relocating when contacted by the district, but reconsidered after son Juliun Benson expressed an interest in playing basketball in 2021-22 with a group of Wolf Point students. Juliun Benson is a junior at WPHS this year.
