She was born Aug. 25, 1981, alongside her twin brother, John Paul, to Niki and Llewellyn Smoker in Wolf Point. She grew up in Frazer with her parents and five siblings, many cousins and best friends.

Julie Unger, 55, of Boyd died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, at home.
She was born Jan. 17, 1965, in Billings to Ron and Lorraine (Crawford) Krook. She attended Boyd school until sixth grade before transferring to Joliet Public School where she graduated in 1983.
On Oct. 3, 1987, she married Bryce Unger of Wolf Point. In 1995, they bought their forever home in Boyd.
