Horse Clinic, Healing Ride Come To Frazer


Creator’s Game organizers hosted a horsemanship clinic at Frazer June 16. Clinicians helped young people learn about horses and horse culture while getting opportunities to ride and gather other skills. On June 17, a healing ride was held from Nashua to Frazer. Wolf Point Girls Post Home Victory


Wolf Point’s major softball team emerged with a 13-12 victory over Froid/Lake during home action on Tuesday, June 14. The game was deadlocked at 10-10 heading into the final inning. After Froid/Lake scored twice in the top of the frame, the Yellow Jackets accounted for a two-out inning to earn the victory. The Yellow Jackets have only one loss this season. The defeat came in Plentywood.

Wolves Play At Tournaments In Glendive


Wolf Point’s boys’ and girls’ basketball squads each competed at the Dawson Community College’s basketball tournament in Glendive during the weekend. The Wolves finished with a 2-2 record in the boys’ division. Wolf Point’s girls had a 2-3 record. Opponents included Broadus, Circle, Lockwood, Roundup and Lockwood.
