Poplar Hosts Cross Country Meet, Both Home Teams Take Third Place


Poplar placed third in both the boys and girls team standings at their home cross country meet that attracted 200 runners on Saturday morning, Sept. 5. The Indians finished with a score of 76 points in the boys competition. Glasgow won the meet with 39 points and Richey/Lambert took second with 52 points. Poplar's Hudson Atkinson, a senior, finished third with a time of 18:32.18.
