The Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture held their October meeting at noon on Oct. 13. It was noted that the Dueling Pianos originally set to be held in November has been postponed to 2021. It was also noted that there will be no Ducks Unlimited banquet this year. Activities for the annual Christmas Stroll and Pictures with Santa, which is traditionally held the first Saturday

The Wolf Point community blood drive originally set for Oct. 21 has been canceled due to staffing challenges, reports the Red Cross. The next blood drive in Wolf Point will be held Jan. 20.

Wolf Point Congregate Meals Oct. 22: Ham, scalloped potatoes, carrots and dessert. Oct. 27: Chicken breast fillets, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and dessert. Oct. 29: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, broccoli and dessert.

Wolf Point School Oct. 26: Breakfast: Cheerios, oatmeal chocolate chunk bar and oranges. Lunch: Quesadilla, spanish rice, steamed corn, cauliflower, romaine blend lettuce and mixed fruit. Oct. 27: Breakfast: Strawbery bagel bites and peaches. Lunch: 3 bean soup, crackers, ham sandwich/croissant, romaine blend lettuce, carrots and berries. Oct. 28: Breakfast: Pretzel with cheese and apples.

More than 580 students graduated from Bismarck State College after completing the spring 2020 semester. The graduates were recognized at the college’s 80th commencement ceremony on May 15. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the BSC 2020 Commencement ceremony was held virtually to confer 970+ degrees. Area graduates include: Kenneth Boos, Wolf Point, with an associate in applied science degree

Kenneth Link, 89, of Wolf Point, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, in Wolf Point. Cremation has taken place and no future services are planned at this time. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
