Ashton Stovern, 24, of Sidney, has been confirmed as the fatality in a July 28 accident on the BNSF mainline near Brockton. Issac Johnson pitched a gem to lift the Post 49 Bulls over the Billings Cardinals, 2-1, to open the district baseball tournament in Billings on Thursday. Johnson threw all seven innings for the victory. He allowed just four hits and struck-out three batters.
