District Judge David Cybulski officially swore in Roosevelt County officials whose terms are starting in 2025 during a ceremony held in the county courthouse on Wednesday, Dec. 11. As well as receiving a quality education at Bainville High School, Reed Winn also learns a lot throughout the day at a different location. After spending four periods each school day in classes, Winn works at his father’s business, Dave Winn Trucking.
