Dear Editor, Hello, I’m Herman Shumway, 95 years old and have lived in Wolf Point my whole life except three years in the Marine Corps. If you check back far enough, you will find the parks were given to the citizens of Wolf Point and not the city council. They were not to be sold. Just beautify our town.
