Poplar Ice Fishing Contest Set For Feb. 6


The 13th Poplar Ice Fishing Contest is set for Saturday, Feb. 6, The event will take place at Dego Bend south of Poplar beginning at 10 a.m. The event will last approximately five hours. Doug Marottek told the Northern Plains Indepenent, “My wife and I started this to promote outdoor family fun, it is a good community event for all ages.” All holes will be pre-drilled, Entry costs are one
