Poplar Girls Defeat Frazer, 87-25
Poplar’s girls’ basketball squad controlled action and captured an 87-25 home victory over Frazer on Tuesday, Jan. 4.
The Indians outscored Frazer by a 28-0 margin during the third quarter of the non-conference game.
“It’s a work in progress,” Poplar Coach Bryce Kirk said. “We’re working to get better.”

Frazer Boys Capture Win Over Nashua
Frazer’s boys’ basketball squad scored a 75-63 conference win over Nashua on Friday, Jan. 7.
Keein Ackerman and Ryker Ackerman each accounted for 30 points to lead the Bearcubs.
Trailing 24-14 at the half, the Bearcubs exploded for 22 points in the third quarter for a 50-45 advantage.
The Bearcubs then scored 25 more points in the fourth quarter.
