Roosevelt County commissioners approved having a special deputy attorney assist the Roosevelt County Attorney’s office for an upcoming deliberate homicide case during a special meeting on Monday, Aug. 26. The 56th annual Culbertson Labor Day Wagon Train is set for Aug. 31-Sept. 1. Directions from Culbertson are: head east on U.S. Highway 2 for 8.5 miles, turn right onto Road 1013 and travel about 1.5 miles to the camp location. Roads will be marked.
